We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and original packaging.

To request a return you must mail a signed paper Return Request to the address below containing: Order number, item(s) you are returning, reason for return, your full name, and a daytime phone number. Your request must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipment
Once your paper Return Request is received and approved, you will be provided (by mail or email) the return authorization and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Refunds are issued only after the item passes inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of our receiving the returned item. If we deny a refund because the item was not returned in acceptable condition, we will notify you and you may request the item be returned to you at your expense.
