Christmas Décor Return Policy

Eligibility & Timeframe
All Christmas décor items are eligible for return within 10 days of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted. Because holiday décor is seasonal, all returns must arrive before December 15th to be considered for refund or replacement.

Condition Requirements
Returned décor must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included. Any item showing signs of use, installation, or weather exposure will not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, you must mail a written and signed Return Request Form containing:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return

• Your full name, return address, and phone number

Paper requests must be postmarked within 5 days of delivery. Emailed or online return requests will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Once your mailed request is received and approved, we will send you the return authorization and shipping instructions by mail or email. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and packaging. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 14 business days. Refund requests must be included in the mailed Return Request Form — no digital submissions accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
All custom décor, light sets, clearance items, or installed decorations are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your décor arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded according to our discretion.
